- 4Whether it is backing up now or you have an inspection coming
Call and enter your ZIP code
Call (614) 858-3919. A short automated prompt asks for the ZIP code of the business that needs service, not your home address. That ZIP is used to route your call to a provider who covers that location.
Hours vary by provider. If no provider is available when you call, try again later or call during regular business hours.
Get connected to a provider
Your call is passed to an independent local grease trap service provider, and you speak with them directly. Describe whether you have an indoor trap or an outdoor interceptor, its size if you know it, when it was last pumped and whether anything is backing up now.
We are a connection service and do not own trucks, employ technicians or perform the work. The provider is a separate business.
Get a quote and schedule
The provider assesses what you need, gives you their price and schedules the service. Ask what the price includes, such as full pump-out, scraping, jetting and disposal fees, so there are no surprises.
Any agreement is between you and the provider. You can decline if the price or timing does not work for you.
Keep your service record
When the work is done, ask the provider for a written service record and the disposal manifest showing where the waste was taken. Keep both together for inspections. Many local authorities ask to see several past records, not just the latest one.
What to do before the provider arrives
- If the trap is backing up, stop running water to the kitchen drains.
- Clear access to the trap or interceptor lids: move stock, mats, cars or dumpsters.
- Find your last service record and any inspection notice so the provider can see them.
- Let staff know which sinks and dishwashers will be off while the work is done.
